Handle stress

When I feel blue, I just want to do exercise on my own... Sweat a lot n regain some energy !

Then take a shower n have a good sleep ! That's the way I handle my depression.

Only when I have a bit energy, then I talk to my friend. Actually u know where I am. I only need some support ! Then move on to face the challenge!
